"Sunny" Island, Koh Tao, Thailand

We came to thailand the 21st and thought - NOW it is time for a sunshine vacation on the beach, diving and swimming. So after seeing  some things in Bangkok; lumphini Park, Golden Palace, party and pingpongshow (!), we got on bus and boat to Koh Tao. 

But the weather was AWFUL. On the way out on the boat we frightened to death - it smelled like diesel and vomit on the small boat, and the waves were enormous - and no lifevests on board :S
We survived however but the Island was one big flood - raining and storming. Kind of a misery island, cause nobody could do anything - diving, swimming, sunbathing was impossible. Which meant everybody was drunk every day. And there was no escape because the boats couldn't sail away. So we spent nearly 6 days here, and finally escaped yesterday to Bangkok again.
